Mario will share his in depth knowledge and passion for this unique (and delicious!) fortified wine. Blacksburg Wine Lab is excited to host a Certified Sherry Wine Specialist to guide a tasting of some of the best sherries in the world!

Along with your sherry sipping, chef Bryan will be preparing 3 courses of pairing boards - a seafood board, a cheese & charcuterie board, and a dessert board.
